Sample and Broader Coverage
The current Snowflake sample is designed to help consumers understand the structure and analytical value of the product before moving to broader coverage.
What the sample is for
Section titled “What the sample is for”The sample listing is intended to:
- make the data model easy to evaluate
- show how movement, dwell, spatial, and qualitative datasets fit together
- demonstrate the value of place benchmarking and repeat auditing
- create a clean path into broader commercial conversations
What is typically in the sample
Section titled “What is typically in the sample”- one representative site
- one complete audit
- site metadata and audit metadata
- movement counts
- dwell observations
- trace paths
- site inventory and facade quality
- curated intercept responses and observations
- plan metadata and governed plan image links
What is intentionally limited
Section titled “What is intentionally limited”- site count
- audit history depth
- media scope
- benchmarking breadth across multiple places
What broader commercial coverage can include
Section titled “What broader commercial coverage can include”- multiple sites and multiple audits
- richer benchmarking coverage across comparable places

Commissioned audit work
Section titled “Commissioned audit work”The data product is also a lead-in to new audit work. If you want a specific place audited, want repeat observations before and after an intervention, or want to understand which places and audits are currently available, use the contact routes in Commission a Site Audit and Available Places and Coverage.
Practical recommendation
Section titled “Practical recommendation”Use the sample to validate:
- fit with your internal analytics workflow
- join logic and geospatial handling
- the relevance of the dataset framing to your planning or reporting needs
Then move to broader commercial coverage when you need:
- more places
- more audits
- more benchmarking depth
- a commissioned place audit aligned to your own project or intervention
